Upper Siouxon Falls is a 16-foot waterfall on Siouxon Creek in Skamania County, Washington, in the Cascades region. It lies about 15.9 miles east of Yacolt and roughly 34.6 miles northeast of Vancouver as the crow flies.
At 16 feet it is on the modest side for Washington, where the typical waterfall with a recorded height stands around 82 feet; it ranks 892nd of 941. By form it is a block waterfall, wider than it is tall, spilling over a broad ledge.
