Possum Eddy is a stretch of rapids in Aiken County, South Carolina, in the Southeastern Plains region. It lies about 5.4 miles south of Jackson and roughly 68.6 miles southwest of Columbia as the crow flies.
The Southeastern Plains are rolling, sandy uplands of longleaf and loblolly pine, oak and farmland; waterfalls are few and small, over sandstone or clay ledges.
It is the only recorded rapid in Aiken County.
