Cave Falls is a 20-foot waterfall on Fall River in Teton County, Wyoming, in the Middle Rockies region. It lies about 22.9 miles east of Ashton and roughly 69.7 miles northeast of Idaho Falls as the crow flies.
At 20 feet it is on the modest side for Wyoming, where the typical waterfall with a recorded height stands around 60 feet; it ranks 182nd of 230. By form it is a tiered waterfall, falling in several distinct steps one after another.
