East Fork Falls is a 240-foot waterfall on East Fork Parachute Creek in Garfield County, Colorado, in the Colorado Plateaus region. It lies about 7.9 miles north of Parachute and roughly 44.8 miles northeast of Grand Junction as the crow flies.
At 240 feet it stands in the tallest quarter of Colorado’s 162 waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 25th; the typical Colorado waterfall is about 65 feet. By form it is a plunge, where the water drops vertically and loses contact with the rock face.
