Falls Creek Falls is a 12-foot waterfall on Falls Creek in Hot Spring County, Arkansas, in the Ouachita Mountains region. It lies about 7.1 miles northwest of Malvern and roughly 41.8 miles southwest of Little Rock as the crow flies.
At 12 feet it is on the modest side for Arkansas, where the typical waterfall with a recorded height stands around 34 feet; it ranks 93rd of 110. By form it is a block waterfall, wider than it is tall, spilling over a broad ledge.
The Ouachita Mountains are folded, forested ridges of shortleaf pine and oak-hickory with clear, rocky streams. Waterfalls drop over sandstone and shale ledges in steep hollows.
