Fern Branch Falls is a 60-foot waterfall on Fern Branch in Sevier County, Tennessee, in the Blue Ridge region. It lies about 7.4 miles southeast of Gatlinburg and roughly 35.8 miles southeast of Knoxville as the crow flies.
At 60 feet it stands in the tallest quarter of Tennessee’s 332 waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 60th; the typical Tennessee waterfall is about 30 feet. By form it is a horsetail, where the water keeps some contact with the bedrock as it falls.
