Finley Falls is a 7-foot waterfall on Little Finley Creek in Webster County, Missouri, in the Ozark Highlands region. It lies about 4 miles west of Seymour and roughly 25.8 miles east of Springfield as the crow flies.
At 7 feet it is among the ten tallest of the 8 Missouri waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 8th. By form it is a block waterfall, wider than it is tall, spilling over a broad ledge.
The Ozark Highlands are a dissected limestone and dolomite plateau of oak-hickory forest, glades and karst springs. Spring-fed streams and creeks drop over ledges and into sinkholes and caves.
It is the only recorded waterfall in Webster County.

The creek name is confirmed against the federal Geographic Names Information System. The position was verified on aerial imagery.
