Four Mile Falls is a waterfall on Four Mile Creek in Hood River County, Oregon, in the Cascades region, with a total height of about 95 feet. It lies about 4.7 miles south of Cascade Locks and roughly 27.8 miles east of Gresham as the crow flies.
