Gladstone Lake Falls is a 100-foot waterfall in San Miguel County, Colorado, in the Southern Rockies region. It lies about 8.5 miles southwest of Mountain Village and roughly 89.1 miles south of Grand Junction as the crow flies.
At 100 feet it is taller than the typical Colorado waterfall of about 65 feet, ranking 55th of 162 with a recorded height. By form it is a horsetail, where the water keeps some contact with the bedrock as it falls.
