Gorge, The is a 600-foot waterfall on Ammonoosuc River in Coos County, New Hampshire, in the Northeastern Highlands region. It lies about 11.3 miles southwest of Gorham and roughly 67.6 miles northwest of Portland as the crow flies.
At 600 feet it is among the ten tallest of the 115 New Hampshire waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 4th. By form it is a cascade, descending over a series of rock steps rather than in a single drop.
