Grassy Creek Falls is a tiered waterfall in two drops on Little Mill Creek in Jackson County, North Carolina, with a lidar-measured total height of about 135 feet.
The falls
The falls come down Little Mill Creek in two tiers; older measurements had given the total as about 45 feet. The World Waterfall Database, citing researcher Kevin Adams, notes that the Grassy Creek and Little Mill Creek names were transposed on USGS topographic maps, which is why a waterfall on Little Mill Creek carries the Grassy Creek name.
Getting there
No public trailhead, parking area or road approach is documented for this waterfall. The separate, taller Upper Grassy Creek Falls nearby sits on private property and is closed to the public; that restriction applies to the upper falls, not to this lower one, whose own access is simply undocumented.

The name is considered unofficial, tied to the transposition of the Grassy Creek and Little Mill Creek names on topographic maps.
