Horsetail Falls is an unconfirmed, 50-foot waterfall in the Klamath National Forest in Siskiyou County, California, about 15.9 miles from Happy Camp and roughly 4,123 feet in elevation, near Cook and Green Pass.

The World Waterfall Database lists Horsetail Falls as unconfirmed and puts its height at 50 feet, with no drop count, update date or field survey noted. The 2015 USGS Kangaroo Mountain topographic map labels both Horsetail Falls and the nearby Ponytail Falls as separate named features. A Smithsonian botanical specimen locality places the falls about 10.4 miles north of Seiad Valley toward Cook and Green Pass, in section 16 of the forest. The waterfall lies in the Klamath Mountains, a rugged region of steep ridges and deep river canyons with mixed conifer and hardwood forest.

A herbarium record identifies a nearby collecting point on Forest Road 48N20, about one mile south of Cook and Green Pass. A trailhead, distance and current access conditions specific to the falls are not documented.
