Lower Higgins Creek Falls is a waterfall on Higgins Creek in Unicoi County, Tennessee, in the Blue Ridge region, with a total height of about 100 feet. It lies about 6.7 miles southwest of Banner Hill and roughly 18.5 miles southwest of Johnson City as the crow flies.
At 100 feet it stands in the tallest quarter of Tennessee’s 332 waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 23rd; the typical Tennessee waterfall is about 30 feet. The tallest single drop is 50 feet.
