Milky Falls is one of the recorded waterfalls on South Fork Manti Canyon Creek in Sanpete County, Utah, in the Wasatch and Uinta Mountains region. It lies about 6.4 miles east of Manti and roughly 68.8 miles south of Provo as the crow flies.

The Wasatch and Uinta Mountains are steep, forested ranges with aspen, spruce and fir, alpine tundra and deep glacial canyons rising above the Utah valleys. Snowmelt-fed creeks drop through narrow canyons in a series of falls.
It is the only recorded waterfall in Sanpete County.
