The nearest public access is the Rowland Lake water access area, managed by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, about four miles east of Bingen on SR 14. It is open year-round and has one parking lot, a concrete boat ramp, one accessible parking stall and an accessible restroom, with rocky shoreline suited to physically able anglers. A marked route from that access area to the waterfall itself has not been documented.
