Silver Cascade is a 45-foot waterfall in Belknap County, New Hampshire, about 5.4 miles northwest of New Durham in the Northeastern Highlands region, closed to the public on posted private land.
The falls
A waterfall database currently lists the drop at 45 feet, at a site sitting at an elevation of about 524 feet, roughly 36.1 miles north of Manchester. This Belknap County waterfall, near Alton Bay, is a separate, much shorter feature from the taller 540-foot Silver Cascade at Crawford Notch in Carroll County. The site is categorized as a cascade rather than a single-drop fall, at coordinates 43.4944° N, 71.2439° W.
