Twin Falls is a 31-foot segmented horsetail waterfall on North Silver Creek in Silver Falls State Park, Marion County, Oregon, reached by the Canyon Trail.
The falls
In the wet season the creek splits into two curtains over a basalt ledge; in summer, one channel may dry up and the remaining fall can be hard to see. The 31-foot height was confirmed by an in-person resurvey in 2017.
Getting there
The falls sit on the Canyon Trail, approached from the North Falls or Winter Falls trailhead, part of the 7.2-mile Trail of Ten Falls loop with about 800 feet of elevation variation. A day-use parking permit costs $10 for Oregon plates and $12 for out-of-state plates; arriving on foot, bicycle or transit is free, and an annual permit is accepted. No timed entry or trail registration is required.
When to go
November through May is the recommended period for both channels to be visible. Park hours vary by month: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. in September and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. in October.

The Canyon Trail provides the mapped view of the falls. Pets are not allowed on the Canyon, Winter, Maple Ridge or Twin Falls trails.
