Chalk Creek Falls is a stretch of rapids on Chalk Creek in Chaffee County, Colorado, in the Southern Rockies region. It lies about 10.9 miles southwest of Buena Vista and roughly 76.9 miles west of Colorado Springs as the crow flies.
The Southern Rockies are high, rugged mountains with alpine peaks, spruce-fir and lodgepole forest, aspen groves and glacial valleys. Snowmelt drives strong spring flows over granite and volcanic cliffs.
It is the only recorded rapid in Chaffee County.
