Pleasant Valley Rapids is a Class II rapid on the Snake River in Idaho County, Idaho, on the float run between Pittsburg Landing and Heller Bar.

American Whitewater rates the rapid Class II on the 47.4-mile Pittsburg Landing-to-Heller Bar reach. A 1997 Forest Service river guide instead rates it Class II or III depending on water level.
Getting there
The rapid lies on the run from Pittsburg Landing, the put-in, to Heller Bar, the take-out. Scenic float reservations from Pittsburg Landing for 2026 are limited to two trips a day on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from May 22 to September 10; other primary-season weekdays and the secondary season instead use self-issue permits. The reservation fee is $6, with no per-person fee.
