Brushy Hollow Falls is a waterfall on Horsepasture River in Transylvania County, North Carolina, in the Blue Ridge region, with a total height of about 320 feet. It lies about 16.8 miles southwest of Brevard and roughly 35.5 miles northwest of Greenville as the crow flies.
