Cox Road Cascades is a 30-foot waterfall on tributary of South Fork New River in Ashe County, North Carolina, in the Blue Ridge region. It lies about 4.5 miles southeast of Jefferson and roughly 52.6 miles east of Johnson City as the crow flies.
