Diamond Falls is a 148-foot waterfall on tributary of Hemmed-In-Hollow in Newton County, Arkansas, in the Boston Mountains region. It lies about 15.7 miles southwest of Harrison and roughly 46.4 miles east of Springdale as the crow flies.
At 148 feet it is among the ten tallest of the 110 Arkansas waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 3rd. By form it is a plunge, where the water drops vertically and loses contact with the rock face.
The Boston Mountains are the highest and most rugged part of the Ozarks, deeply dissected sandstone plateaus covered in oak-hickory forest with shortleaf pine. Clear creeks cut narrow hollows with numerous bluff-line waterfalls, at their best in spring.
