East Fork Chama Falls is a 300-foot waterfall on Rio Chama in Conejos County, Colorado, in the Southern Rockies region. It lies about 14.4 miles north of Chama and roughly 104.3 miles north of Santa Fe as the crow flies.
At 300 feet it stands in the tallest quarter of Colorado’s 162 waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 18th; the typical Colorado waterfall is about 65 feet. By form it is a horsetail, where the water keeps some contact with the bedrock as it falls.
