Five Mile Falls is an 880-foot waterfall on Fivemile Creek in Carbon County, Montana, in the Middle Rockies region. It lies about 20.6 miles west of Red Lodge and roughly 71.2 miles southwest of Billings as the crow flies.
At 880 feet it stands in the tallest quarter of Montana’s 123 waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 18th; the typical Montana waterfall is about 250 feet. By form it is a tiered waterfall, falling in several distinct steps one after another.
