Hinckston Falls is a waterfall on Hinckston Run in Cambria County, Pennsylvania, in the Central Appalachians region, with a total height of about 60 feet. It lies about 1.6 miles north of East Conemaugh and roughly 58.4 miles east of Pittsburgh as the crow flies.
At 60 feet it stands in the tallest quarter of Pennsylvania’s 133 waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 15th; the typical Pennsylvania waterfall is about 28 feet. The water comes down as a horsetail, where the water keeps some contact with the bedrock as it falls.
