Hogger Falls is a 6-foot fan waterfall on the West Branch Sturgeon River in the Ottawa National Forest, Houghton County, Michigan.

The World Waterfall Database's figure for Hogger Falls is 6 feet, marked unconfirmed; no lidar or in-person survey has been recorded. Older data put its height at 20 feet. Other measurements put the drop at 3 feet, or group it with nearby West Branch Sturgeon Falls as part of a 6-to-10-foot cluster. Its form is a fan, spreading widely as it descends.
Getting there
Two accounts disagree on the approach through Ottawa National Forest. One route parks at the winter plow line on Newberry Road, clear of a nearby driveway, and follows the road about two miles before an unmarked bushwhack along the river. The other route follows a gated access road for about half a mile before a similar unmarked bushwhack.
When to go
Late spring brings the strongest flow, and summer and fall can also work, but Newberry Road is not plowed in winter or spring.

Neither published approach follows a marked path, and visitors must navigate remote forest and river terrain on their own. Authorized access points, swimming rules, dog rules, and any rescue or accident history are not documented.
