Horseshoe Falls is a 48-foot plunge on Stout Creek in Marion County, Oregon, where Stout Creek drops over an undercut basalt cliff into a small pool with a recess curving behind the falls.
Getting there
Horseshoe Falls is closed to public access, and its coordinates are withheld. In 2013 the surrounding land belonged to Longview Fiber Company, reached then by an adults-only access arrangement and gravel driving, with a 0.4-mile round trip to the falls; whether that arrangement still holds is not known.

Winter to spring is the recommended season for flow.
