Mad River Falls is a 100-foot waterfall on Mad River in Oxford County, Maine, in the Northeastern Highlands region. It lies about 10.8 miles southeast of Gorham and roughly 57.3 miles northwest of Portland as the crow flies.
At 100 feet it is among the ten tallest of the 80 Maine waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 10th. By form it is a tiered waterfall, falling in several distinct steps one after another.
