Middle Genesee Falls is a waterfall on Genesee River in Wyoming County, New York, in the Northern Allegheny Plateau region, with a total height of about 107 feet. It lies about 5.1 miles west of Nunda and roughly 42.4 miles southeast of Cheektowaga as the crow flies.
At 107 feet it stands in the tallest quarter of New York’s 184 waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 41st; the typical New York waterfall is about 50.5 feet. The water comes down as a block waterfall, wider than it is tall, spilling over a broad ledge.
