Mint Spring Falls is a 40-foot waterfall on Mint Spring Bayou in Warren County, Mississippi, in the Mississippi Valley Loess Plains region. It lies about 1.4 miles north of Vicksburg and roughly 40.3 miles west of Jackson as the crow flies.
At 40 feet it is among the ten tallest of the 5 Mississippi waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 2nd. By form it is a plunge, where the water drops vertically and loses contact with the rock face.
The Mississippi Valley Loess Plains are bluffs and rolling uplands of deep loess soil with oak forest and farmland east of the Mississippi; waterfalls are rare and small.
It is the only recorded waterfall in Warren County. Owens Creek Falls, a 10-foot block waterfall, is about 21.1 miles away. Scutchalo Falls, is about 24.9 miles away.
