Sylvan Cascade is a 30-foot waterfall on Parapet Brook in Coos County, New Hampshire, in the Northeastern Highlands region. It lies about 7 miles southwest of Gorham and roughly 68.4 miles northwest of Portland as the crow flies.
At 30 feet it is taller than the typical New Hampshire waterfall of about 30 feet, ranking 55th of 115 with a recorded height. By form it is a horsetail, where the water keeps some contact with the bedrock as it falls.
