Tribulation Falls is a waterfall on Big Creek in Skamania County, Washington, in the Cascades region, with a total height of about 277 feet. It lies about 25.5 miles north of Carson and roughly 49 miles northeast of Gresham as the crow flies.
At 277 feet it stands in the tallest quarter of Washington’s 941 waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 143rd; the typical Washington waterfall is about 82 feet. The tallest single drop is 221 feet. The water comes down as a segmented waterfall, splitting into two or more separate streams as it falls, combined with a horsetail character. It falls in 2 drops.
