Wy’east Falls is a waterfall in Hood River County, Oregon, in the Cascades region, with a total height of about 157 feet. It lies about 5.5 miles south of Cascade Locks and roughly 28.2 miles east of Gresham as the crow flies.
At 157 feet it stands in the tallest quarter of Oregon’s 425 waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 59th; the typical Oregon waterfall is about 54 feet. The water comes down as a plunge, where the water drops vertically and loses contact with the rock face.
