Hargus Eddy is a stretch of rapids in Ripley County, Missouri, in the Ozark Highlands region. It lies about 5.1 miles northwest of Doniphan and roughly 58.2 miles north of Jonesboro as the crow flies.
The Ozark Highlands are a dissected limestone and dolomite plateau of oak-hickory forest, glades and karst springs. Spring-fed streams and creeks drop over ledges and into sinkholes and caves.
It is the only recorded rapid in Ripley County. Bellah Falls, is about 26.1 miles away.
