Falling Springs Falls is a waterfall on Falling Springs in Oregon County, Missouri, in the Ozark Highlands region, with a total height of about 20 feet. It lies about 9.9 miles south of Winona and roughly 78.1 miles northwest of Jonesboro as the crow flies.
At 20 feet it is among the ten tallest of the 8 Missouri waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 4th. The water comes down as a plunge, where the water drops vertically and loses contact with the rock face.
The Ozark Highlands are a dissected limestone and dolomite plateau of oak-hickory forest, glades and karst springs. Spring-fed streams and creeks drop over ledges and into sinkholes and caves.
It is the only recorded waterfall in Oregon County. Rocky Falls, a 40-foot cascade waterfall, is about 16.3 miles away.
