Falls Branch Falls is a 20-foot waterfall on Falls Branch in Perry County, Missouri, in the Interior River Valleys and Hills region. It lies about 7.3 miles northwest of Perryville and roughly 57.9 miles south of St. Louis as the crow flies.
At 20 feet it is among the ten tallest of the 8 Missouri waterfalls with a recorded height, ranking 4th. By form it is a horsetail, where the water keeps some contact with the bedrock as it falls.
The Interior River Valleys and Hills are rolling terrain of farmland, oak-hickory forest and broad river bottoms along the Ohio and lower Wabash, with a few small waterfalls on sandstone ledges.
It is the only recorded waterfall in Perry County. Hickory Canyon Falls, a 40-foot horsetail waterfall, is about 20.8 miles away.
