Lower Punch Bowl Falls is a 12-foot block waterfall on Eagle Creek in Hood River County, Oregon, just below the better-known Punch Bowl Falls.
The falls
The creek drops in a single vertical block that is spring-fed, with best flow year-round. A current hiking guide gives the same 12-foot figure as the database entry, and the two coordinates for the falls sit within about 0.00002 degree of each other, essentially the same point on the creek.
Getting there
The waterfall's spur leaves Eagle Creek Trail about 1.7 miles in, followed by a steep 0.2-mile descent to a beach on the creek. A Forest Service order covers the Eagle Creek Trail area; check current conditions before setting out.
When to go
Flow is rated year-round, though high water can cover the beach approach.

The approach includes cliff-edge trail sections and a steep side path, and the creek bank serves as the main viewing area. Parking fees, permits, swimming and pet rules, toilets, and any incident history here are not documented.
