Smith River Falls is a waterfall on the Smith River in Douglas County, Oregon, immediately below a Bureau of Land Management campground and day-use area.
The falls
The falls drop on the Smith River within the Umpqua River watershed, right at the recreation site's campground and day-use area. No height or drop count has been published for it.
Getting there
From Reedsport, the route runs briefly north on US 101, then east 26.4 miles on Smith River Road to the recreation site. The site has ten first-come campsites, a boat launch, accessible restrooms and a 14-day camping limit, but no drinking water and no fee. It is open from Memorial Day through September 30.

The Bureau of Land Management lists picnicking, wading, fishing, swimming and camping at the site, with accessible facilities. Currents, jumping guidance and any incident history at the falls themselves are not documented.
