On Kitchen Creek in Ricketts Glen State Park, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, Harrison Wright Falls is a 32-foot curtain plunge below the meeting of Glen Leigh and Ganoga Glen.
The falls
The creek spreads into a broad curtain as it plunges, just downstream of where the two glens join.
Getting there
The falls sit about 1.4 miles from Lake Rose or 1.5 miles from Route 118 on the Falls Trail System, a rocky, steep route that the state park service rates most difficult. A maintained route of stairs reaches both the top and the base. Pennsylvania state parks charge no entrance or day-use fee.
When to go
Flow is perennial and lowest from late July through September. Winter visits require proper ice equipment on the trail.

History and name
Robert Bruce Ricketts is thought to have named the falls for lawyer and mineralogist Harrison Wright, who lived from 1850 to 1885.
