Boozy Creek Cascade is a stretch of rapids on Boozy Creek in Sullivan County, Tennessee, in the Ridge and Valley region. It lies about 4.4 miles east of Bloomingdale and roughly 8.6 miles east of Kingsport as the crow flies.
The Ridge and Valley is a corridor of long, parallel forested ridges and farmed limestone valleys running the length of the Appalachians. Waterfalls occur where streams cut through resistant sandstone on the ridges.
It is the only recorded rapid in Sullivan County. Sycamore Shoals, is about 18.4 miles away.
